2009 MMFF kicks off Christmas Day
The 35th Annual Metro Manila Film Festival will open tomorrow, Christmas Day and will showcase seven all Filipino films.
This year’s festival is considered historical since for the first time mega star Sharon Cuneta starred in the movie Mano Po 6 is included in the list of film festival and “I Love You, Goodbye” the movie comeback of Gabby Concepcion.
Movie goers is expected to enjoy the seven film festival tomorrow which includes, Mano Po 6: A Mother’s Love (Regal Entertainment), Ang Darling Kong Aswang (OctoArts Films), Shake, Rattle and Roll XI (Regal Entertainment), Nobody, Nobody But Juan (RVQ Productions), Ang Panday (GMA Films and Imus Productions), I Love You, Goodbye (Star Cinema), and Wapakman (Solar Entertainment Corporation).
The Festival is spearheaded by Judge Oscar Inocentes, Chairman of Metropolitan Development Authority (MMDA) and will run from December 25, 2009 to January 7, 2010.
