The follow up to the popular Alvin and the Chipmunks movie has been released Christmas Day in theatres “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel” packed a 19 million dollars in its opening day.
The Americas favorite chipmunk trio snatched the number spot from Avatar and scored a solid $5,197 per-screen average for the day.
