Google launched its open source experimental programming language called “GO”.

Go is a programming language that is simple, fast, safe and fun to use. It a mixture of dynamic, and web-friendly scripting languages like Python with safe compiled language like C++.

“Go promotes the writing system and servers as sets of light weight communicating process.”, as described in google’s blog.

“Go is a great language for systems programming with support for multi-processing, a fresh and lightweight take on object-oriented design, plus some cool features like true closures and reflection.”

The release of Go to the open source community hopes to provide a fast, productive and fun programming.
