friendship2Now about the brotherly love

We do not need to write you,

For you yourselves have been taught

By God to love each other…

Yet we urge you, brothers,

To do so more and more.

(1 Thessalonians 4:9-10)

“When time and energy are devoted to a friendship in great measure, it becomes a living work of art.”

A healthy friendship is an open canvas, one that deserves our best effort. We all have creative power when it comes to our relationships- we can brush over them quickly, creating a less-than-pleasing, surface piece of art, or we can devote the time, thought and energy that, over time, we will take the shape of an intricate and beautiful work of art.
